COP 27

BCG the exclusive Consulting Partner of COP27

Climate change is the defining and most complex challenge of our time, and its impact is felt across the globe.

The actions we do or don’t take this year are pivotal to us reaching the goals of the Paris Agreement.

That is why we be the exclusive Consulting Partner of #COP27 in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt, this November.

Let’s close the gap between commitment and action. Follow our journey to COP27 and beyond!

Combating the devastating effects of climate change requires mobilizing governments, corporations, finance, and civil society. At COP27, public- and private-sector leaders will unite in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, to seek solutions alongside BCG, the exclusive COP27 consulting partner.

As the exclusive COP27 consulting partner, we are working directly alongside COP27 President Designate Minister Sameh Shoukry of Egypt and his team to generate momentum on climate action.

We also continue to support the High-Level Climate Action Champions for Egypt and the UK, Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin and Nigel Topping, to further climate action through their campaigns, including the Race to Zero and the Race to Resilience. In addition to previously serving as the exclusive consultancy partner to COP26, BCG brings a potent set of strengths to the table:

Extensive experience in helping companies, governments, and multilateral organizations transform to achieve adaptation and resilience at a national and global scale.

The COP27 climate summit will tackle the most pressing issues facing our world today. Our experts explore many of these critical areas in our latest insights:

Transforming Africa’s Food Systems from the Demand Side

Efforts that focus on increasing subsistence farmers’ yields have achieved scant success. It’s time for a radical rethinking of food policies on the continent.

Decarbonising the Agriculture, Forestry and Land Use Sector in South Africa

Driving a just transition towards a decarbonized, climate-resilient South African Agriculture, Forestry, and Land Use (AFOLU) sector is vital.
