“The #GSE has expanded its scope of action with the management of energy and gas releases, as well as the implementation of important PNRR measures. We are an increasingly incisive player in the energy transition. The #renewable and smart energy supply chain must seize the opportunity of the transition with the support of the #GSE and thanks to the measures implemented by the new government”. This was stated by the president of the GSE Paolo Arrigoni, according to what can be read in a post on Facebook, yesterday afternoon in Rimini on the occasion of the opening ceremony of Key Energy 2023.
During the speech, Arrigoni recalled, among other activities performed by the GSE, the management of the last resort filling service of natural gas storage, the experimentation with Arera dedicated to the recharging of electric vehicles, the agri-voltaic, the agriculture, biomethane, district heating and self-consumption. “We are aware of the centrality of our role in pursuing the decarbonisation objectives by 2030, of the need to inform and support the energy transition for the country system, the central and local public administrations and to support sector operators in dialogue and discussion, especially in this historical moment”, concluded Arrigoni.
